MENTAL MAPS
A two-day proprietary workshop that is the best tool to improve your relationships with others, i.e. small change – big effect. During the meetings you discover your own unique patterns for building good interpersonal relationships.
You receive ready-to-use tools
This NLP toolkit supports building confidence in action, based on cooperation rather than competition. The tools learned at the “Mental Maps” workshop allow you to create better quality relationships both professionally and privately, leveling such feelings as regret jealousy, guilt or shame.
You create your own patterns
The knowledge you gain allows you to understand how you uniquely build relationships with others and how you can do so more decisively, resulting in a high quality of life. We transform the ideas we created in the past about people into ones that serve us in the present and build a good future.
You gain transparency
Do you understand the experiences of your life and know what discomfort we have learned to live with to the point that we don’t want to get rid of it? You change your course of action to a more efficient and comfortable one, and more easily create your own story worth telling.
You achieve relief
You stop feeling guilt, injustice and regret. You begin to put your life back together with the thought, “this is for me.”

About training
When we love each other, we hold in our arms only the visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory and gustatory image of the other person that is formed in our imagination. What we call love is, apparently, a light activity of neurons in the brain. Most people don’t feel love at all before the right images are formed in their brain. Once the right scenes have settled in our heads, we are able to bestow strong feelings even on people in the other hemisphere of the Earth, as well as worship never-before-seen rock stars and virtual characters. What takes place in our heads when we think of others? Social experiences and experiences are not dependent on real characters, but are always associated with internal images, or so-called maps or mental representations, says Dr. Lukas Derks in his book “NLP Techniques for Creating Good Relationships with People.” Our mental maps, which we have created based on our experiences, determine how we view ourselves and our social relationships. The way we place in our perceptions our loved ones and the person with whom we have a long-standing conflict affects what happens in our relationships currently. We often feel that we have to deal with everything ourselves, while we don’t deal with ourselves. We feel a sense of guilt, injustice and regret. We make an attempt to put our lives back together, but thoughts arise: “I’m worse”, “others have it better”, “I don’t know if it’s for me”, ” it’s not for me”. What causes us to meet “misfortunes” and have an uphill battle in life? What discomfort have we learned to live with to the point that we don’t want to get rid of it? How to deal with loneliness in life? allowing you to understand the experiences of your life, change your course of action to a more effective and comfortable one, and more easily create your own story worth telling.
