About Training

A leader’s own development is important for the development of the organization, and discipline,
good habits and the right take on things do not come by themselves.
For years, as leaders, we have struggled with the difficulty of uniting people around the idea of an
organization, and we have been grappling with the problem of responsibility,
motivation and commitment of employees. In the current reality of
business reality, more and more leaders are choosing to develop business
using classic and agile project techniques combined with
management based on the organization’s culture. However, due to the
demanding high mental toughness of the political and economic situation,
the enormous dynamics of change, intergenerational differences in the labor market and the
reevaluation of the leadership role, managing the organization through
effective implementation of projects and building team unity has become
even more difficult than ever. The course is designed for managers who:
-need to expand soft skills based on multicontextual communication;
-need communication tools for different generations, including Generation Z;
-develop personal and social competencies (how to deal with themselves and how to deal with others);
-want
learn the skills to lead others, including motivating the team
long-term, necessary to effectively develop teams and achieve
above-average results.
For all managers who want to find themselves better in any business situation and “seize” them for their own success.
